Totteridge & Whetstone, North London
House Transformation
Our clients Katie and Jack previously had difficulty with the builders prior to us and we took on this project following the completion of the foundation. Our clients were looking to expand their kitchen and loft as well as update the interiors throughout the house to enhance the property’s character while also meeting their objectives of having a more substantial and brighter home.
Our experienced builders achieved this by building a large kitchen extension to the rear of the house as well as a loft conversion on the top of the house. The combination of large bi-fold doors and Velux roof-lights allow warmth and natural light into the kitchen.
Our team of skilled plasterers renovated the interiors throughout the house whilst we worked closely with the client to recommended carpenters and decorators to finalise this amazing project.

Internal Refurbishment
With this project, PARIO CONSTRUCTION, internally refurbished the entire flat. This included but was not limited to, glazing, internal and external doors, flooring throughout the flat, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and first and second fix plumbing and electrics.

We were able to complete the project within 10 weeks, the length of this project was predominately down to the lead time of the glazing we purchased.

House Transformation
PARIO CONSTRUCTION supported in this magnificent transformation of this house. We worked with one of our business partners to transform the inside of the house. Supporting will all plastering, painting, kitchen fitting and tiling services. As you can see from the photos the end result was spectucular.

Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Garden Renovation
Our client wanted to update their patio and garden whilst also having a long lasting design. We achieved this by adding two new patio's across the garden will well structured and long lasting paving slabs. The combination of these patios created a fantastic new garden for our client. This project shows our expertise across landscaping and patio services.
